I have been practicing chiropractic for over twenty years and have found that clearing deep-seated thoughts from subconscious memory dramatically improves one's physiology and health. Most health problems are stress-related.
Stressors can be broken down into:
- trauma (accidents and injuries),
- toxicity (both dietary and environmental) and
- thoughts (thinking and reacting negatively to what life brings us).
Of these three, thoughts affect our health more than any of other factor. Without even being consciously aware of it, the thoughts we choose to think generate feelings and emotions that can create physical problems. Core health issues can often be traced back to your mind, to residual memory patterns operating in your life from old injuries and negative experiences.
I combine gentle, non-forceful adjustments to correct subluxations (misalignments) of the spine, cranium and extremities along with clearing neuro-emotional patterns from subconscious memory. The result is that long-standing patterns at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels release, allowing deep healing to occur.
